We were saddened to recently learn about the passing of classmate Joseph Reginald North in 2003. His obituary was posted in The Charlotte Observer:

"Mr. Joseph Reginald North, 50, departed this life on February 7, 2003 at Carolinas Medical Center at University. There will be a service to celebrate his life at 1 PM Thursday, February 13, at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 12-1 PM the day of the service. Burial will on Friday, February 14, at Salisbury Memorial Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.

Mr. North was born March 19, 1952 in Washington, DC, the son of the late William Leon North, Jr. and Flossie Gantt North. He served in the United States Air Force. He attend Our Lady of Consolation Catholic School and graduated from Harry P. Harding High School."
